There are a variety of ways we suggest serving up these delightful mushrooms, but when it comes to the summertime, we cannot help but zero in on its mild seafood flavor. Preparing your Redifarms Lions Mane mushrooms can be a simple as hand shredding them on to a baking tray and bake them in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil and seasoning until cripsy and golden, cutting them into steak like slabs and throwing them on the grill, or this summer is the perfect time to be adventurous and  try our favorite plant-based dinner, Lion's Mane “Crab” Cakes.
