Snow Globe Glass Instructions

  • Using freezer-safe glasses, add a small handful of frozen cranberries to each glass.
  • Then, trim the bottom of a rosemary sprig evenly and place it in the middle of the glass.
  • Add water to the glass; alternatively, you can add water first and then place the rosemary to keep it upright.
  • Freeze the glasses for 45 minutes or until the water is frozen.
  • Remove from the freezer and serve immediately with your favorite alcohol or sparkling water.

Mule Instructions

  • To make the cranberry syrup. In a pot, bring 1/2 cup water, the stevia, ginger, and cardamom to a boil over high heat. Boil for 5 minutes then remove from the heat. Stir in the thyme. Let cool. Remove the ginger, cardamom, stevia, and thyme. I prefer to leave the cranberries in, but you can strain those out if desired.3. Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
  • Combine the vodka, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and cranberry syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until combined about 1 minute. Strain into your prepared snow globe glass. Top with ginger beer. Enjoy!
