This beautifully balanced cocktail is the perfect complement to those cozy fall flavors.
Equipment: Cocktail Shaker, Muddler, Cocktail Strainer, Rocks Glass
- 3 lime wedges
- 1 tablespoon of Redifarms Cinnamon Basil Microgreens + some for garnish
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 1.5 oz lime juice
- 1.5 oz agave syrup
- Finishing Salt for the rim of the glass
- Add lime wedges and cinnamon basil microgreens to the shaker. Muddle.
- Add mezcal, lime juice, agave, and ice. Shake well.
- Wet the rim of your rocks glass with a lime wedge and roll the rim in the finishing salt
- Add ice to the glass, then strain in the cocktail.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and Redifarms Cinnamon Basil Microgreens.
- Serve and relax
