Have a great morning with our Redifarms spin on Harry Kirton’s overnight oats


Whole jumbo oats
4 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp flax seeds
1 banana
Pumpkin or sunflower seeds
Chopped Pecans
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp blackberry compote Splash coconut milk
Redifarms Lemon Balm Microgreen or Redifarms Melon Microgreens

1. Fill a small mason jar half to three-quarters of the way with oats, chia seeds, and flax seeds. Add coconut milk until the oats are just covered. Leave overnight in the fridge.

2. When you are ready for breakfast, add your choice of fresh fruit and nut toppings, compote, and almond butter, plus a little splash of coconut milk. Top with Redifarms Lemon Balm or Melon Microgreens
